Achievements

The DETERA Therapeutics team has already made significant progress with several key accomplishments:

  • Industrial production process is nearing completion, with a protocol in place and a substantial quantity of the molecule already produced.

  • Proof-of-concept animal efficacy study conducted in a pig model of the disease, demonstrating that DTR8 successfully protects the kidney glomeruli and prevents renal deterioration.

  • Preliminary pharmacokinetic (PK) data from pigs, along with initial toxicokinetic (TK) and toxicology studies conducted in macaque monkeys.
